Software that does a specific job for your business, built to be used on a Tuesday morning by the person who actually has the problem.
We build working applications, not demonstrations. That usually means an internal tool that takes something slow and manual and makes it fast and consistent, or a customer-facing product that would not have been practical to build before. We stay through the part where real people use it and tell you what is wrong with it.
What that includes
- Internal tools that replace spreadsheets, inboxes and copy-paste
- Customer-facing applications with AI doing the part that used to need a person
- Document, intake and review pipelines that run without supervision
- Integration with the systems you already pay for, rather than replacing them

02 · AI Business Consulting
A clear-eyed read on where AI genuinely helps your operation, and where it would just be an expensive way to do what you already do.
Most businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need two or three specific things to stop taking so long. We look at how the work actually moves through your company, find the places where that is true, and tell you what it would take to fix them — including when the honest answer is that the fix is not software.
